Film Indonesia has a long history and had become king in his own country in the 1980, when the film Indonesia dominate local cinemas. HISTORY
The first film made in Indonesia is the first silent film in1926 entitled " LOETOENG KASAROENG" and made by Ducth director G. Kruger and L. Heuveldrop. When the film was made and released , the Indoneisan state has not been there and is still the ducth East Indies, the colonies of the kingdom of the Netherlands. This film was made , supported by local the NV Film company in Bandung and appears the first time on Decamber 31, 1926 in Elite and Majestic Theaters, Bandung.
